**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect raw gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals for authenticity, clarity, cut, and quality.
- Evaluate finished jewellery pieces for defects, polish, setting accuracy, and overall craftsmanship.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and industry regulations.
- Use precision instruments such as microscopes, vernier calipers, and magnifying loupes to assess jewellery components.
- Verify gemstone certification and hallmarking compliance.
- Work closely with designers, craftsmen, and production teams to maintain quality consistency.
- Document inspection results and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Monitor and control quality at different stages of production, from sourcing to final packaging.
- Conduct random sampling and testing to ensure batch consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, certification standards, and technological advancements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Gemology, Jewellery Design, or a related field.
- Experience in quality control within the gems and jewellery industry (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of gemstones, diamond grading, and metal properties.
- Familiarity with industry standards like BIS Hallmarking, GIA, IGI, and HRD certification.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work with precision instruments and quality assessment tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Work Environment**:

- The role involves working in a jewellery manufacturing unit or quality lab.
- Requires handling delicate and high-value items with care.
- May involve collaboration with suppliers and certification agencies.

Pay: ₹20,190.18 - ₹28,000.00 per month
