- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Use scripts to provide information about products and services and answer questions.
- Identify customer needs and upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Record and update customer information in a database.
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on product and industry knowledge.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications for a telesales executive may include:

- Sales experience, preferably in a telesales or customer service role.
- Freshers are also invited.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computer software and databases.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
