**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain our products or services and generate sales leads.
- Use persuasive selling techniques to influence customers and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner.
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products or services to effectively promote and sell them.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve overall sales performance.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in a domestic BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
