Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products or services - Develop a strong understanding of our products and services - Handle objections and persuade potential customers to make a purchase - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets - Update customer information in the CRM system - Follow up with customers who have expressed interest but not yet made a purchase - Provide excellent customer service to all customers

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven work experience as a Telecall Agent or similar customer service or sales role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong phone presence and the ability to make a high volume of calls per day - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle objections and persuade potential customers to make a purchase - Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
