Urgent Requirement for Security Supervisor

Develop effective relationships with all security department personal through clear communication addressing customer service inquiries in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Communicate to management personnel regarding issues and or situations occurring within the facility, via both written and verbal communication methods.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and verify residents and visitors proper id.
- Share responsibility with another supervisor making schedules for whole department and doing payroll.
- Function as the training officer to new officers for facility familiarization and policy understanding and compliance.
- Instruct new officers about patrol routes and explain the proper procedures for handling personnel during emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Demonstrate organizational and management skills by creating schedules, training documents, completing payroll, and training new security officers.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
