Merchandiser

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the Merchandising Team to understand customer requirements, order details, and delivery timelines.
- Communicate production plans, style specifications, and order priorities to the Production Team.
- **Production Monitoring**:

- Track production progress to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Address and resolve issues related to production delays, quality deviations, or material shortages in coordination with relevant departments.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure style samples and bulk production align with approved quality standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for quality-related queries during production.
- **Material Management**:

- Oversee the timely availability of raw materials, trims, and accessories for all ongoing and upcoming orders.
- Coordinate with the stores and procurement teams to resolve material discrepancies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, approvals, and dispatch details.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Merchandising Team on order status and potential risks.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Proactively identify production bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions to ensure seamless operations.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to resolve conflicts effectively.
- **Customer Requirements**:

- Communicate specific customer feedback or changes in order details to the Production Team promptly.
- Ensure any updates are implemented without impacting the production schedule adversely.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to factory policies, health and safety standards, and customer compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
