Catalog management across Shopify, Myntra, Amazon, Tata Cliq.
- Coordinating with the warehouse team for smooth dispatches.
- Monitoring warehouse operations (e.g. dispatch TAT, returns TAT). Visiting the warehouse if needed and escalating to management where necessary.
- Coordinating with logistics partners to resolve weight billing discrepancies, lost shipments, return product mismatches, SLA breaches. Raising credit notes for the same.
- PI and PO creation to share with the warehouse.
- Daily order processing on Unicommerce.
- Basic verification of automated reports generated by the tech team.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience within an ecommerce operations role.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics operations.
- Knowledge of Unicommerce, Shopify, Myntra, Amazon, Tata Cliq.
- Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets (filtering, sorting, pivot tables etc).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to coordinate with logistics partners, marketplace partners, and internal teams like the customer service team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- [Bonus] Understanding of imports, bill of entry, customs clearance etc to coordinate import shipments.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
