Our team is looking for a passionate and self-motivated person to take on a key role within the Sales team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as presenting, promoting, and selling our platform. You are results-driven, and excited about the idea of building an incredibly successful sales alongside a fast-growing team and evolving product. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Role: Inside Sales
- Take 100% ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle: new business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial introduction and online product demonstrations.
- Actively build, manage, and report on sales pipeline build up using Web based CRM.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Minimum Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with CRM and proficient in excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Execution Orientation: Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
