Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
About the Role:
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.
Vendor Management: Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to secure the best rates and services.
Itinerary Management: Prepare detailed travel itineraries and communicate any changes or updates promptly to traveller’s.
Expense Reporting: Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and assist in budget management.
Office Hospitality: Oversee cafeteria and pantry services, ensuring a pleasant environment for staff.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries and provide timely assistance to employees.
Emergency Handling: Address last-minute travel changes or emergencies efficiently and calmly.
Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to company policies and procedures.
Reporting: Update HR on travel and leave schedules for accurate record-keeping.

Pay: ₹12,163.79 - ₹26,495.89 per month
