**Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and assess customer vehicle concerns through in-depth discussions.
- Explain recommended services and repairs to customers, providing transparent estimates and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Service Management**:

- Open and manage service work orders.
- Communicate customer concerns and service requests to the service technicians.
- Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and provide timely updates to customers.
- Review completed work orders with customers, ensuring all work is explained clearly.
- Manage customer complaints or concerns, escalating to the Service Manager if necessary.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Advise customers on additional services or repairs based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations.
- Promote Kia service packages, maintenance plans, and special offers.
- Achieve service sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure accurate and complete service documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all customer service interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
