**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, databases, and inbound leads.
- **Sales Pitches & Presentations**: Effectively communicate product benefits, features, and pricing to prospects and address their questions or concerns.
- **Follow-Ups & Relationship Building**: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- **CRM Management**: Update and manage customer interactions, sales progress, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- **Negotiation & Closing Sales**: Address customer objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to align strategies and improve conversion rates.
- **Market & Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and company offerings to provide informed solutions to clients.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
