A Telecaller Executive is responsible for making and receiving calls to/from potential and existing customers. This role involves various activities such as:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Contacting potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Following up on leads generated through various channels (e.g., online inquiries, marketing campaigns).
- Promoting products or services to customers.
- Answering customer inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Closing sales deals.
- **Inbound Calls**:

- Answering incoming calls from customers.
- Providing product/service information and resolving customer issues.
- Handling customer complaints and providing resolutions.
- Gathering customer feedback.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales/customer service targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Effectively communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to management.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).

**Desired Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in telemarketing/customer service preferred.
- Experience in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
