**Job Description - Tele caller**

A **Tele caller** is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. They act as a key link between the organization and its customers.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Outbound & Inbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
- **Lead Generation & Sales Support**:

- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Follow up with leads to close deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Handle objections and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel sheets).
- Record details of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Work towards achieving set revenue goals.
- **Communication & Professionalism**:

- Deliver scripts clearly and confidently over the phone.
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and politeness in communication.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and trends.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and Telugu ).
- Persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
