Customer Support Executive

**Resolving Issues**: Addressing customer concerns and resolving problems promptly and effectively.
- **Maintaining Records**: Documenting customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
- **Coordinating with Internal Technical Departments to ensure that the reports are sent as per agreed TAT**:
- **Supporting other team members in generating reports and billing process as and when required**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
