We are Workday's Service Management Team Our goal is to drive the effective and efficient operational delivery of the products and services offered by Business Technology. We design, develop and deploy intuitive solutions to help employees with their everyday service needs and our main focus is delivering value through automation and self service. We are excited to welcome new members to our team

About the Role

As a Software Admin/ Developer you will also be collaborating with business systems analysts, architects and other engineers to design solutions and deliver reliable features and capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. Engage with multiple teams to automate recurring process & procedures. Perform platform administration, by monitoring platform health and ensure stability of hosted solutions.

About You

Basic Qualifications- 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development.- Proven experience in programming utilizing one or more of the following: Angular, Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX and CSS.

Other Qualifications- Experience with upgrades, cloning, developing and supporting 3rd party integrations with ServiceNow, MID Server, web services, creating and maintaining APIs.- Support experience related to orchestration, integration hub/custom integrations, service portal and Mobile App.- Experience working with ITSM, Asset Management, ITOM (Discovery, Orchestration), Performance Analytics, ITIL, Agile & SDLC.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience- Self-starter and technically savvy who is keen to explore new capabilities and solutions to business problems.- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.- ServiceNow certifications - Certified System Administration
