**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all technical specifications.
- Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies in solution delivery.
- Adhere to ITSM methodologies for Incident Management and Change Enablement.
- Continuously assess opportunities to improve ServiceNow workflows and user interfaces.

Required Experience:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience with ServiceNow).

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting in the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
- Hands-on experience with Glide scripting and ServiceNow APIs integration.
- Experience in database SQL queries and table management.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Adaptability and proactive approach in dynamic project settings.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Developer or other relevant ServiceNow certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Experience collaborating in multi-stakeholder environments.
- A proven history of delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
