Description :Key Responsibilities :- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, CMDB, Release Management, Knowledge Management, and Reporting.- Develop workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and catalog items.- Customize the platform using JavaScript and AngularJS for UI enhancements.- Set up ServiceNow development instances and manage update set migration across Dev, Test, and Production.- Work with CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management, and integrate them with ITSM processes.- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems such as LDAP, SSO, Workday, Slack, and Tanium.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver scalable solutions.- Ensure adherence to IT Asset Management processes; integrate tools like MS SCCM with ServiceNow.- Work within an Agile environment and maintain proper technical documentation.Preferred Qualifications & Skills :- CIS ITSM Implementation Specialist certification (desirable).- Familiarity with Jenkins, Chef, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, and relational databases.- Understanding of networking devices, proxy servers, and firewalls.
