**Job Title**: Relationship Executive (Field)

**Salary**:18000 - 22000 + Allowance + Incentives
**Travel Requirement**: Must be willing to travel across assigned locations

**Job Overview**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Conduct field visits to meet existing and potential B2B clients across assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities within FMCG and manufacturing industries.
- Present company products/services and provide customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and closures.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
- Attend trade events, exhibitions, and industry meets as required.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum **2-5 years** of experience in **B2B marketing**, preferably in **FMCG or manufacturing** sectors.
- Strong field sales exposure with the ability to travel extensively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of market trends and client needs in FMCG/manufacturing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
