**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the agricultural sector.
- Achieve sales targets through direct selling, dealer management, and institutional sales.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and competitors.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and agro-input retailers.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on benefits and usage.
- Address customer queries and provide post-sales support.
- **Marketing & Promotions**:

- Participate in agricultural exhibitions, farmer meetings, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.
- Gather feedback from customers and suggest improvements in products/services.
- **Operations & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Collect and analyze sales data to improve strategies.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field**.
- **0-3 years** of experience in agricultural sales (fertilizers, seeds, land aquisition, pesticides, animal feed, farm machinery, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of agricultural products, market trends, and farmer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to rural and semi-urban areas.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** for reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- **Hindi/local language proficiency** is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
