Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a Virtual Patient Relationship Manager (VPRM) to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to current and potential patients. The VPRM will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to doctor and specialist information, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns. This role is located within the hospital premises and involves maintaining a high standard of professionalism with patients while building strong relationships with each caller.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients seeking information on doctors and specialists, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns.
- Make outbound calls for feedback and follow-up.
- Respond to emergency code announcements in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism with patients while attempting to build strong relationships with each caller.
- Update patient data in the patient service database after each call.
- Maintain regular communication with the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- A graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, and English.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with patients at all times.
- Must be available to work during holidays and weekends.
**Other Information**:
- Rotational shifts.
- Each shift will be 9 hours long.
- Rotational week off.
- 4 weeks off in a month.
- Festival days are working, know why, people still get ill on holidays.
- Both experienced and freshers are eligible for this role.
