**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, or institutional projects based on client needs and project requirements.
- Create conceptual sketches, 3D renderings, and detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and space planning to optimize design solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and material selections.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Assist in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing construction progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies in architecture.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Create detailed floor plans, layouts, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and décor elements to enhance interior spaces.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
- Oversee project progress, conduct site visits, and resolve any design-related issues that arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new materials.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in architecture or interior design, preferably in [residential/commercial] projects.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability principles.
- Strong knowledge of materials, têxtiles, lighting, and furniture design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Certification from a recognized interior design association.
- Experience in sustainable design and smart space planning.
