**Responsibilities and Duties**
Architect Assistant
Prepare and develop architectural/ interior drawings to meet client specifications.
Assist architects/interiors in handling construction drawings/detailed drawings for residential and commercial buildings/ hotels, villas.
Assist and support architect/interiors in a variety of architectural and interior projects.
Review and analyze architectural and interior inputs that go into construction drawings, detailed drawings and working drawings and plans.
Review and modify architectural drawings and plans as desired by the architect.
Maintain and manage architectural drawings, documents and other related data in an organized manner.
Assist architects and interiors in developing solutions to complex technical problems.
Assist architects and interiors in dimensional surveys of projects and level surveys.
Maintain a database of architectural drawings and plans.
Ensure completion of architectural projects on time and within the time limits.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Architectural examinations started (preferred)
- 5-7 years of experience required
- 12th pass
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to prioritize and time management skills
- Management skills including strong relationship skills and team building skills
- Analytical skills such as financial performance, staff performance, resource allocation
- Word, Excel, Project, AutoCAD, Revit required

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
