Architect Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced interior architect. Identify new market potential. provide innovative ideas and conceptual sensibility. coordinate the layout and detail and presentation skills. Ability to strickly manage project budgets and to work to tight deadlines. presentation of designs to meet the clients programs, quality. guidlines and project constraine staying true design intent. coordination with vendors and other interior teams. Ability to work in a team and give and take direction. prepare drawings from start to finish of the project ensuring high quality detail for schematic and working drawings stages.

EXPERTISE IN

2) Modular design material knowledge aesthetics functionally, module planning.

3) Technical design material knowledge execution and drawing preparation preparing BOQ as per design.

4) Good communication and presentation skills are mandatory.

5) Relevant experience of working on commercial interiors and residential interior projects.

6) great team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile.

8) Research and decide on material and product sourcing.

9) Expertise in layout, detail drawings, elevations, materials, selection, custom furniture and all installations.

10) Expertise in artistic ability vision and creativity.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
