**About the Role**

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** who also brings strong **graphic design skills**. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive digital experiences and crafting compelling visual assets that elevate our brand. This is an **individual contributor position**, ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on design work and wants to shape both product interfaces and brand visuals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to translate requirements into engaging digital experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Develop branding and marketing collaterals (banners, social media creatives, presentations, infographics, etc.).
- Maintain design consistency across digital products and brand assets.
- Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and graphic design practices.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects preferred).
- Experience in typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
- Strong visual storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks in an on-site setup.
