**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging designs.
- Create user flows, personas, and journey maps to improve overall usability.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI components.
- Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer** or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.**:

- **Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.**:

- **Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
