About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into engaging interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.
- Translate user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs.
- Design user flows, interaction models, and visual elements that enhance usability and delight.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive across devices.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs and provide design assets/documentation.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in UX/UI.

**Requirements**:
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile app design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail with a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
