**Job Title : VIRTUAL FRONT DESK AGENT For U.S. Based Hotels**

**- Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Virtual check in/check out.
- Coordinating with the ground staff of the Hotel.
- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
- Clearly determine the purpose of the call. Efficiently manage multiple phone calls.
- Deal with queries and provide correct information
- Take reservations
- Handle modifications or cancellations of existing reservations
- Handle and resolve guest complaints
- Be able to answer any questions relevant to a guest's reservation, hotel amenities, driving

directions, area information, billing questions, etc.
- Take and deliver messages accurately and completely.

**- Qualifications**
- High school diploma
- knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Be able to work overnight

**Available shifts: (7:00 AM to 03:30 PM), (03:00 PM to 11:30 PM) and (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM)**

**Salary : 12,000 - 30,000**
