Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth
- Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report sales performance to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service
**Requirements**:
- 1-7 years of experience in real estate sales Freshers Can also apply
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Real estate certification or license (e.g., RERA)
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and laws
