We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Night Shift Supervisor to oversee operations during overnight hours, ensuring quality care, staff support, and adherence to hospital policies.

**Position summery**:
As the Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in the hospital's operations by overseeing the clinical and administrative activities during the night shift. This position ensures smooth operations, staff accountability, and effective communication across departments to deliver safe, efficient patient care.

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- **Staff Supervision**: Lead, manage, and support night shift staff, including nurses, administrative, and support personnel.
- **Patient Care Oversight**: Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and service during overnight hours.
- **Policy Enforcement**: Uphold and enforce hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
- **Emergency Response**: Serve as the primary point of contact for handling emergency situations, patient issues, and other urgent matters during the night.
- **Staffing & Scheduling**: Manage staffing needs, including call-outs and shift adjustments, to maintain adequate coverage.
- **Administrative Reporting**: Document and report shift activities, incidents, and other important information for seamless handoff to daytime supervisors and management.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Min 2 year experienece in the related field
