About Us:
We're a leading duct cleaning company in Chennai, seeking an experienced and dynamic Night Shift Supervisor to manage our day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day activities, site coordination, and team supervision
- Travel to various sites for work coordination and supervision
- Maintain material stock, manage inventory, and procure necessary supplies
- Coordinate with teams and ensure timely project completion
- Drive company vehicles for team transportation and site visits (car driving license required)
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Age: 22-30 years
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Fluency in Hindi (preferred)
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Valid car driving license
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role (preferably in a service industry)
