We are a fast-growing IT solutions and digital marketing company helping businesses scale through technology, strategy, and creativity. Our digital marketing team drives high-quality leads and we need a skilled **Telesales Executive** to turn those leads into loyal clients.
**Key Responsibilities:
- **
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads generated via digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT & marketing solutions
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead and sales information
- Follow up with prospects to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales pitches based on campaign insights
**Requirements**:
- Proven telesales or telemarketing experience (IT or digital marketing background preferred)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical & marketing solutions clearly
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
