**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Real Estate **Location**: Gurgaon **Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their property needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- **Lead Conversion**: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins to achieve monthly sales targets.
- **Site Visits & Presentations**: Arrange property site visits and give compelling presentations about project offerings, location advantages, and pricing structures.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to position projects effectively.
- **Documentation & Coordination**: Assist clients in completing property-related documentation, coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth transactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate or high-ticket B2C domains
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
