**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**: Identify and connect with potential buyers, sellers, and investors through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- **Property Management**: Present properties to prospective buyers and advise on suitable options based on their needs and financial capacities.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and zoning regulations to provide clients with up-to-date and accurate information.
- **Transaction Facilitation**: Assist clients in the negotiation, documentation, and closing of real estate transactions.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Develop and execute marketing plans for property listings, including social media campaigns, open houses, and other promotional events.
- **Database Management**: Maintain an updated database of potential and existing clients, properties, and transactions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all real estate activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property laws.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
