The Job

Defining and implementing strong financial systems for the manufacturing facility and managing the accounting, costing and regulatory reporting to global standards and as per local legal requirements.

**Responsibilities**- Setting up and managing the factory accounting system and running it on a day-to-day basis, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Oversee and manage the costing process for the facility ensure accurate product cost management and pricing
- Manage regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations
- Guide in setting up payroll and related procedures
- Work closely with foreign joint venture partners to ensure smooth financial operations
- Provide financial analysis and support to other departments within the group, as needed
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors and other external stakeholders at a plant level
