Leading all Learning system releases - Release notes analysis, Test plan, Resource Management, Test scripts, Test Execution, Defect Management, Closure and Documentation. Experience with GxP regulated training and documentation management. Evaluate business requirements related to improvements and configuring LMS application as per requirement. Provide system maintenance support which includes upgrade configuration troubleshooting debugging and user access testing. Training and technical support to users supervisors administrators and others who interact with the learning management system. Create custom reports for Managers Training Administrators Learning Leaders and Business stakeholders as needed through PRD tool (Plateau Report Designer). Managing System Admin Requests (Managing Users Resources Security Roles Domains Assessments and Proxy Manager Requests). Monitor and fixing issues related to connector jobs. Collaborate with Automation team to optimize the efforts for manual testing and mundane tasks.
