**Position**: Work / Factory Supervisor (Male)

**Age Limit**: 33-38yrs

**Job Location**: Bahadurgarh (Company Plant)

**Qualification**: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Graduate

**Salary**: 24,000 - 27,000 INR

**Experience**: Minimum 3-4 years in a manufacturing unit / factory as a production supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to achieve maximum efficiency and output.
- Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth production.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure timely product delivery.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant graduate degree.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing unit or factory, preferably in the automobile or paint industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and production optimization techniques.
