**Job Title**: Security Supervisor

**Location**: RFP-Hindware Limited - Bahadurgarh Plant
**Duty Hours**: 8 Hours Daily (Rotational Shifts)
**Salary**: ₹13,000 (Basic)
**Total Monthly CTC**: ₹16,500 (Including ESI + PF)

**Job Purpose / काम का उद्देश्य**:
Plant ke andar security ka poora management sambhalna, guards ki duty aur discipline ko monitor karna, aur kisi bhi emergency par turant action lena.

**Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ**:

- **Security Guards ka Supervision**:

- Har shift ke guards ki duty lagana aur unki attendance maintain karna.
- Roll call lena, guards ki uniform, ID card aur discipline check karna.
- Daily duty roster banana.
- **Patrolling & Surveillance**:

- Plant aur aaspaas ke area ka regular patrolling karna.
- CCTV aur control room ki functioning monitor karna.
- Kisi bhi suspicious activity ko report karna.
- **Access Control & Visitor Handling**:

- Gate par visitors, vehicles aur material ka proper checking karwana.
- Visitor register maintain karwana aur gate pass verify karna.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Fire, chori, ya kisi bhi urgent situation me turant respond karna.
- Incident report likhna aur management ko inform karna.
- Zarurat padne par local police ya emergency services se contact karna.
- **Documentation & Daily Reporting**:

- Daily activity report, visitor log, aur incident report maintain karna.
- Security officer ya admin team ko daily feedback dena.
- **Training & Awareness**:

- Guards ko daily briefing aur safety instructions dena.
- Emergency response aur basic firefighting training provide karwana.
- **Education**: Minimum 10th Pass (दसवीं पास अनिवार्य)
- **Experience**: 3-5 साल का अनुभव security field में
- **Height**: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches (5 फीट 6 इंच से अधिक होना चाहिए)
- **Skills**: Communication, team handling, discipline aur emergency response
- **Physical Fitness**: Fit aur active hona जरूरी है (patrolling aur standing duty ke लिए)
