**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote retail products and services.
- Handle inbound queries related to product information, pricing, availability, and orders.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all company products, promotions, and policies.
- Follow up on leads and prospects generated through marketing campaigns.
- Update CRM systems with accurate and complete customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role (preferably in the retail sector).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Fluency in local language(s).
- Knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior.
- Experience in selling FMCG, electronics, apparel, or other retail products.
