**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling and follow-ups.
- **Sales Execution**: Pitch the product effectively over calls or video meetings and close deals remotely.
- **Online Product Demos**: Deliver engaging and informative online demos to prospects, highlighting key product features and benefits.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Handling Objections**: Address customer concerns, answer queries, and overcome objections to close sales.
- **Meet Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in B2B Sales).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- **Sales Acumen**: Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- **Self-Motivation**: Driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation software.
- **Language Proficiency**: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Gujarati is required.
