Job Description:

- To implement marketing and promotional strategies.
- Managing and developing marketing campaigns and evaluating the effectiveness of the campaigns.
- To conduct market research for identifying the preferences of audiences
- To ensure the industry standards for product marketing and branding.
- Manage and measure the organization’s advertising year' and make recommendations for when, where and how to advertise.
- Ensure the website is kept up to date and is living, breathing, dynamic reflection of the products, regularly updated with a steady stream of new launch and update.
- To lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- To analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- To create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

Job Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in marketing
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience is required in marketing and branding. (FMCG experience is preferred)
- Strong project management, multitasking and decision making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, methodologies in graphic design web design, production etc.
- Effective coordination with team members.

Salary : 40k to 60k

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
