**What This Position Is All About**:
**Who Are You**:
The coordinator is also responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and provides the details needed for the customer to make an informed decision on our site. Part of this role requires communication with the vendors who are providing assets and working closely with the internal merchant team to prioritize launches and onboarding new vendors.

**As The Product Copywriter, You Will**:

- Collect images and copy from vendors and process them in our system. This includes renaming images to our standards, importing copy points, and auditing for correctness and completeness before sending items to the next team in the workflow
- Continue to audit workflow for aging items, track communications and follow up with teams to ensure items are going live timely, and that they are providing the best customer experience onsite
- Partner with additional workflow teams to ensure that no deadlines are missed, and all priorities are being communicated

**You Also Have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in retail, managing samples, merchandising or similar experience preferred
- Strong passion for retail
- Strong organizational skills and passion for documentation and process
- Keen eye for details
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, multi-task and manage deadlines
