**Job Summary**

The Tele Collection Executive is responsible for proactively contacting delinquent customers to collect outstanding payments and negotiate payment arrangements. They must exhibit excellent communication skills, empathy, and a firm yet respectful approach to ensure debt recovery while maintaining customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Initiate outbound calls to customers with overdue payments or outstanding debts.
- Use scripted or customized conversation templates to engage with customers professionally.
- Assess customers financial situations and propose feasible payment solutions.
- Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or alternative arrangements to clear debts.
- Provide information on available payment options and guide customers in choosing the most suitable one.
- Update customer account information, including contact details and payment history.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on collections activities.
- Maintain professionalism and patience when dealing with difficult or irate customers.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage cooperation and commitment to payment.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly collection targets.
- Continuously improve collection strategies to optimize results.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
