Role Overview

A Franchise Tele-Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the company's services, and persuading them to subscribe or partner with the franchise. This role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-oriented approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to leads, pitch the franchise opportuinites to the clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up with prospects.
- nsure all client details, agreements, and sales activities are documented accurately.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve the pitch or service offerings.

Skills Required:
Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and persuasively.

Sales Knowledge: Understanding sales strategies and customer psychology.

Negotiation Skills: Convincing clients while addressing their concerns.

Multitasking: Handling multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
