Customer Relations Representative

Educate customers on solar technology, system performance, and energy savings opportunities, empowering them to make informed decisions about their energy needs.
- Promote the benefits of renewable energy and advocate for sustainability, aligning with the company’s mission to drive clean energy adoption.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to assess system performance and proactively address any potential issues.
- Educate customers on solar technology, product features, and benefits, ensuring they maximize the efficiency of their systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely follow-ups on ongoing projects or services.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
- Monitor customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct communication to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with service and technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and timely delivery of services.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
