**A Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social**

media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive business objectives. This role involves creating, curating, and managing content, as well as analyzing performance metrics to refine and optimize social media campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the

organization's goals and target audience.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social

**media initiatives.**
- Content Creation and Curation:

- Platform Management:

- Community Engagement:

- Social Advertising
- Analytics and Reporting

**Trend Analysis**:

- Keep up with industry trends and changes in social media algorithms to adapt

strategies accordingly.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and

differentiation.

Crisis Management:

- Act as a point of contact for managing and diffusing potential social media crises,

responding to negative comments or PR issues promptly and professionally.

**Immediate Joiner**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Adobe Campaign: 1 year (preferred)
