We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to deliver impactful training programs to college students on a project basis. As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and conducting training sessions to enhance students' communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on various soft skills topics, including communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and emotional intelligence.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and goals of college students.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and interactive techniques to maximize student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with college faculty and administration to align training objectives with the curriculum.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role, preferably in a college or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in various soft skills areas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to connect with college students and create a supportive learning environment.
- Flexibility to work on a project basis as per the college's requirements.
- Certification or training in soft skills development is preferred.
