Job Summary:

UrbanPro is seeking an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soft skills training, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping individuals improve their interpersonal and professional skills. This remote role offers flexibility and an opportunity to work with diverse learners across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Online Training: Design and deliver engaging, interactive soft skills training sessions for students and professionals via online platforms.
  • Assess Learner Needs: Customize training materials and sessions based on the unique needs, backgrounds, and goals of learners.
  • Cover Key Soft Skills: Train on essential topics such as communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, leadership, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor Progress: Provide regular feedback, conduct assessments, and guide learners in setting and achieving soft skills improvement goals.
  • Maintain Engagement: Create a supportive and motivational environment, encouraging active participation and practice to enhance learners' confidence and competency.
  • Adapt Training Materials: Update and refine training content as needed to ensure relevance and effectiveness for diverse groups of learners.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in any field. Certification in soft skills, psychology, communication, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in soft skills training or a related field.

  • Skills:

  • Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to engage and manage diverse groups of learners effectively.

  • Technical Requirements: Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional space for online sessions.
