ROLE: Soft Skill Trainer

DESIGNATION: Soft Skill Trainer

LOCATION: Bangalore

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3-6 years

Budget : 5 LPA

**Responsibilities**:
**- Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls and E-mails, understanding needs.**

**- Demonstrating innovation in training by incorporating the floor requirement into the curriculum**

**- Maintaining Data and MIS as per the training BPMS / requirement**

**- Support intra & inter function collaboration.**

**- Proactively implement best practices and add value across locations.**

**- Contribute to process improvements and innovation in the training function through Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.**

**- Attend the TTT for any client requirement.**

**- Interface with customers as per requirement**

**- Conduct Need analysis and share feedback with the stakeholders.**

**- Meeting the monthly Conversion & Effectiveness targets**

**- Providing Feedback to the New Hires on Soft Skills and basic grammar**

**- Attend internal and external soft skills calibrations.**

**- Coach the New Hire Trainees on soft skills.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
