**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Spoken English / Soft Skills Trainer** to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for improving students' English language proficiency, enhancing their communication skills, and building their confidence to use English effectively in real-life situations, academic settings, and professional environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging Spoken English training sessions for students and professionals.
- Develop customized lesson plans, training modules, and learning materials.
- Conduct interactive sessions focusing on speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and fluency.
- Use role plays, group discussions, debates, and presentations to enhance learner participation.
- Assess and monitor students' progress through evaluations and tests.
- Provide additional support or remedial training where needed.
- Motivate students to communicate confidently in English.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Stay updated with latest teaching techniques and language training trends.
- Collaborate with academic and counseling teams to ensure training effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct pre-assessments to determine student levels and training needs.
- Create an interactive and positive learning environment.
- Foster a student-centered approach encouraging active learning.
- Provide regular updates to management on student performance.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and curriculum development.
- Handle doubts and queries with patience and clarity.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Relevant certifications in Spoken English / TESOL / TEFL / CELTA (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in training Spoken English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate learners and adapt to individual styles.
- Basic computer skills for online training sessions if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
