**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (students and parents) from our database and cold leads.
Clearly explain our services related to overseas education, universities, and admission processes.
Schedule appointments for counselors and ensure follow-up with clients.
Maintain records of calls and client interactions using CRM tools.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and appointments.
Handle queries in a professional and courteous manner.

**Requirements**:
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Previous experience in telecalling / telemarketing / customer support will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Good organizational and time management skills.
